it had been awhile since I was last there. The steak was as good as I remember. It won't be as long before my next visit.
For the mo why we paid I would have expected our food to be excellent. The mashed potatoes and the Mac and cheese (had young ones with us) were cold, one plate did not come out and we were one of the first in yet 3 larger tables ate before us. Very disappointed and will not return. We had 2 desserts comped not enough for me to go back
Can get a better steak for half the price at Saltgrass. The service is horrible as well. My first and last visit
The food was delicious as usual. We really love the sweet potato casserole! Our server Vino was wonderful. He made sure everything was perfect and we were out in time for our show.
I already wrote a review ...my whole dining experience was horrible....customer service from the maitre'd.....was lousy....the waiter tried really hard to make up for the 1 hour . wait WITH RESERVATIONS.....but by that time it was too late....the food was nothing to be desired...from the Wedge salad...to the Cowboy Ribeye....was horrible....THIS restaurant may have had a reputation at one time for being a good steak house....well Not any longer....This was my 1st & last time going to Ruth Chris.... Loved my experience here. We went for our anniversary lunch, the steaks were delicious and tender. Servers were very nice and overall the ambience is great.
