We checked in 15 minutes before our reservation. They asked us if we would like to wait in the bar, and we replied that yes we did, and headed to the bar. The bar tender continues to check our status for us. 1 hour later they come and apologize for losing track of us. After all that, the food was okay. Not impressed.
We took our mom for her 70th birthday tonight our waiter was Jon he was amazing. Thank you for going the extra mile and getting my sister Pepsi.
For the amount of money my husband spent, I expected a lot more. The steak was too well done, small and dry. The potatoes were fair. Asparagus was good. My favorite is still Gibson's Steak House.

Great restaurant with great food. We eat at Ruth's Chris when we travel to locations that have one. This one was much like the rest great food and good service. We did not enjoy our food as much as normal due to the large party they sat us next too. They were very loud, used bad language and the management never addressed it. It seemed odd as the restaurant was far from full that they would clump everyone together in one corner. Definitely not my usual experience at Ruth's Chris. That being said the food was excellent.
This is the second time my husband took me for my birthday which was Friday. Love the fried lobster tail! Everything was cooked to perfection. Loved the cosmos as well. They even surprised me with a special cheesecake and ice cream for my birthday. Love this place.
My steak was overcooked, and when I told the waiter about it, he was condescending. The food was decent, but my lobster tails were cold also. One of the workers cleaning the table broke a wine glass on my table and didn't apologize. He also left small pieces of glass on the table. Not a good experience given that I was taking my daughter there for the 1st time...
