The service was superb,I was so impressed with the service and especially the executive chef all I can say is terrific experience, that’s why I keep going back
Our server, Julia was great (Chicago). We had a issue where they told us they were ready to seat us to give them one minute and then forgot about us and we didn’t get a table until 35 minutes later.
Two of my friends & I went to dinner & were asked to leave by Tom the manager due to a misconception. He was rude, removed our food from the table, talked over us & acted in a prejudice manner towards us. I will never go back to the establishment as this is the second time I’ve been refused service. The last time I’d come from a massage & stopped in for lunch...I was refused due to my Gucci tennis shoes I had on. Our food was very good & Ron our waiter took care of everything- very pleasant experience!
The ambience was great, food was fantastic service was off the chain . First time there, but it definitely will not be my last. Our waitress was awesome! I was not disappointed at all.
Everything seated in a timely matter, and nice service
I really hated the steak. I ordered a medium well ribeye and it was completely dry and tough. Inedible. I’m completely disappointed and disgusted that a 4.5 star restaurant thinks this is okay. I’ll never be back. Additionally the private room we were in had an awful draft and even after asked if they could do something about it, they didn’t.
