Update 7/17/18: Had a good conversation with Stuart the other day in regards to our experience. He told me how the situation was discussed afterwords and how they planned to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Very happy with the conversation and he proved that customer service is their priority. Thanks Stuart
First off I ordered my meal and told the waitress what I wanted she brings my meal out I asked her about my salad her response was I didn’t think you wanted it lady it comes with my meal why would I ask about it and we speak about it then u forget I asked for steak sauce she comes out with water then the manager ask me did I want the salad to go my response was no I wanted it with my meal we sent 105.00 and still have to go get me something to eat I will never return this was pure foolery

What a wonderful experience! Made reservations a week ahead of time. My son and I were in Atlanta celebrating our birthdays. Lunch at Ruth's Chris, was the icing on the cake! The filet was spectacular, we ended with Creme Brulee which was beyond amazing!
I ordered ketchup with that fillet. I forgot where I was at. LOL, needless to say it was the best sans ketchup.
