Horrible steak. When you pay $250 for a meal, your should get the cut of meat you ordered. I ordered the cowboy cut and it was perfect. My wife ordered the normal ribeye (just $5 less) and it wasn’t a ribeye. I complained that it was not a correct cut of meat. It was a round ( circle cut) of meat. I was told I was wrong it was right.
