I love RC and visit various locations regularly all around the country... This location is less than great primarily because of the bar. When I come here for happy hour, its very common to wait 20 minutes or more before someone will even acknowledge me and take my order. This happened to me again on Tuesday and The bar wasn't even that busy. I waited forever to be greeted and served a drink. This has been consistent for several years. Because of this, I visit the RC in Irvine far more than anaheim.
My brother and I decided to have dinner here because the food is very good. We have been here before. My brother ordered the 40 oz Tomahawk Ribeye steak while I had the 16 oz Filet Mignon. Both cuts of meat were "excellent"!! The Ribeye has its own unique flavor with the caramelized fat content and the Filet Mignon is in a class by itself. Either way you can't lose. It's win win. Try them both. Two thumbs up from us.
I have been around, and my favorite ribeye is right here at Ruth's Chris! I lose control when eating their steaks and just grin while I'm eating. Ahhhh the butter!
My steak was tough for a filet and not cooked medium rare. Service was OK but server stayed with big money or friends table then screwed up our bill with 3 cocktails we didn't order. Outback to me is better
Made a reservation for my Anniversary. Arrived to a menu that said Happy Anniversary. Everyone there working seemed to know it was our Anniversary from the hostess, waiter to the manager. That was pretty impressive. In regards to the food, it was delicious!!! But you already knew that. I wanted to take time to praise their service. Job well done!!!!
Best steak hands down! Marshall was an outstanding server! Met the manager and the service was perfect. The corn chowder was so delicious. From Michigan�
Had a fantastic time last night celebrating our 16th wedding anniversary. The manager Bill came over and introduced himself and had light conversation and he made sure we were taken care of like no other. Our waiter Brian was outstanding and was on top of everything. The food is the best anywhere, bar none!!!
Food was okay. The service was great! Expected better quality of meat. Steak had a lot of fat. The mac and cheese with lobster was a little tough.
Best steak ever!!! Good customer service!!!! Valet parking as well!!!
