We ordered for pick-up through Uber Eats on May 29th. When we got home we found that one of our steaks was wrong. We ordered a Ribeye, but got a New York Strip. Uber Eats refused to do anything about the mistake, so we submitted a complaint through the Ruth's Chris website. We never heard back from them. Terrible customer service! It's unbelievable that they charge over $60 for a steak, don't check the order, and then refuse to take responsibility for their mistake. Ruth’s Chris received $20 million in PPP loans after applying through two subsidiaries, a move that a Change.org petition calls “a travesty, and a disgusting display of corporate greed during a time of disaster.” As of publishing, the petition — which calls for Ruth’s Chris Steak House to return the money — has over 200,000 signatures. A separate petition calling for the same thing has nearly 8,000 signatures....
Big disappointment...be more ethical and return fed $$$ to small business, which is what it was intended for. People now see you as money-grubbers and will not patronize you.
