I’m a small business just trying to keep from going bankrupt during the pandemic. Ruth’s Cris took 30 million that was meant to help us. They have 5k employees and over 100 locations, they are not a small business. I don’t know anyone in my industry who was able to get a loan after they took all the money. Ruth's Chris Steak House or its subsidiaries took 20 Million dollars of SBA loans intended for true small businesses. Many small businesses are now being told there is no money left for them, and they cannot pay their employees, and may have to close forever. I put disappointing food but really, it's having close ties to small restaurants and businesses who could have used a mere fraction of $20mil that got nothing. My sympathies to the BOH and FOH staff that will undoubtedly see the fallout of this company's greed.
Took $20 million from small businesses. Very disappointed that my wife and I will no longer be eating at this restaurant because of this
After taking 20 million from the PPP leaving small business that truly needed it out in the cold .. and this after they made 42 million in profit. I will never give you a done of my money. You suck as a company.
