My husband and I were celebrating our 16th wedding anniversary. We had an amazing evening at Ruth Chris Steakhouse. Everyone not only wished us happy anniversary including the manager, they took the time to talk to us and share a little bit of their lives. Although I know they've treated many guests the way they treated us it made my husband and I both feel special. The food was absolutely wonderful!

We did have a great time, we celebrated two birthdays However I could not give them 4 or 5 stars because the waiter was not up to par One of our party ordered dinner like this I will have the same as my husband who had just ordered It did not come out that way her steak was overlooked the first time and nothing but griddle the second and the waiter kept saying you asked for medium which she never said she said I will have the same as my husband who ordered the 11 oz filet and medium rare Enough said
Love this place but unfortunately another bad experience. Second visit in a row where they forgot our order. Been here over 45 minutes. At least 3 tables that came in after (20 -30 minutes later) are served and ready to go.
This is the second time in 3 months that we have gone for happy hour. AND the 2nd time they served multiple tables before us after taking out order. Tonight I counted 3 tables that came is 15 min plus after us and they have paid checks and left. Both times it took 45 min plus to get food. I don't know if it is because we are older women or what . But it is definitely unacceptable.
Loved it seafood tower is a wow and there best steak a manager cuts for you very cool shareable sides. Definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys a good time
