Service was great, but unfortunately the steak was not as expected based on previous experiences. I would question if the filet I had was USDA prime. It was cooked to medium rare, as ordered, but was a bit tough for a filet and certainly not center cut. I would say the cut was more of a USDA choice. Not something I would expect from RC. I have had better cuts from Wegmans. The sides were under seasoned, but not terrible the salads were just ok, nothing special there, lettuce could have been a little fresher.
