Ruth Chris who only cares about themselves got $20 million ear marked for small businesses. while they clearly don't understand who their customers are, i assure you that you will feel this pain after we are able to go our again because those small businesses are petitioning to encourage people to never eat at your restaurant again. you took money earmarked for veterans and other small business. while people lose their homes remember that you could have returned funds so they could have been saved.
