My experience has always been excellent. I took my husband out last night for his birthday and we enjoyed every single dish. However I would love the spicy lobster back as chopped up pieces of lobster instead of the lobster tail. The lobster tail was good but it doesn't seem like your getting as much. Oh and what happen to the tornada special???
I have been to this Ruth's Chris many times.. And have had problems before but not like last week. They ruined my birthday dinner! We ordered calamari as an appetizer.. It was a failed attempt at being reheated as it was cold and hard. Steak time! We had a party of 6, ALL 6 steaks were way over cooked. The manager came over and argued with us that it was because of the plate. So I asked.. How long has my steak been on this plate to go from medium rare to well done?
