We had a great experience - from Happy Hour drinks in the lounge to having dinner. Ruth's Chris is a dining experience vs. eating out. The bartenders are so pleasant and make excellent drinks. The dinner was exceptional - excellent service and very accommodating. Thank you Ruth's Chris for making our anniversary one we will remember. :: Nancy and John
Service is great, food very good, steak was a bit rare but they fixed it quickly, gave us an upgraded desert for Anniversary. All in all it was a good experience. For the $$ you'd like the order right the first time but one trip out of several excellent ones is okay
Service was fantastic but the New York Strip was average at best. Reminded me why I don't go to Ruth's Chris for steak.
The servers were awesome, carlos and jessica. The only thing is we made a reservation and the person who left the message for us to confirm was rude.
