I recently planned and hosted my parents 50th wedding anniversary in one of the private dining rooms. Planning the event was very easy! Everything was wonderful at the dinner, the servers were fantastic! My only complaint was regarding the side dishes. I ordered mushrooms, mashed potatoes and cream spinach. It was a horrible experience on my 70 year birthday had reservation they took people in before me it took forever to get my drinks the service was terrible the food was late and the server did not check on us and you call your self a 5 star restaurant what a joke
Dined in for my birthday yesterday and everything from the start was unexpected for the rep this steakhouse has. I’ve dined in at other locations before and this by far was very underwhelming. To start when I arrived, there was a sign that read to go to bar/lounge for seating which I did. I stood there for about 10 minutes awkwardly before I saw anyone to help me for my reservation.
