This was our 1st time visiting Ruth Chris. I requested medium well cowboy ribeye but received medium rare. They rearranged our table and they treated us as if we were low class customers with no money. We didn't like the Chardonnay wine so we requested to change to Moscato. Our server "Carlos" immediately stated that he can't switch wines like that. I had a puzzled look on my face because he assumed that we wouldn't be willing to pay for the Chardonnay and that's why he made that comment. I'll never return to this restaurant... read more

Took a hour to get our food. 15 minute wait to be seated with a reservation that my party was on time for. Food was good when we finally received it.
We were celebrating our son’s 17th birthday on March 10. Tony and Alonzo were our severs and we couldn’t have been MORE pleased!! This was the first time for both our boys-17 and (soon to be) 11. They LOVED it and can’t wait to go back! There is NO better steak house in Tampa than Ruth’s Chris! Thank you for your continued great food and service and THANK YOU, especially Tony and Alonzo, for making our son’s birthday even more special!! ❤️
Best steak I’ve ever eaten at a restaurant. So full of flavor. The salad was freaking awesome! The bread was excellent. The mashed potatoes was absolutely perfect. The apple crumble cheesecake and ice cream was one of the best deserts I’ve ever had. I also in a way do this for living.
