Ruthie New is the very best! Ruthie New is an excellent realtor and very knowledgeable about the law. We contacted Ruthie to list my mom's home after her death in August; and walked us through the paperwork during a very difficult time. When I needed a roofing company, electrician, plumber, carpet shampooer etc. she gave me the contact information and they were there within a day or two and all of them were very good at their trade.
