Highly Recommended *Please read I??m a good trial study for the two sides of Ruthi Postow Staffing. First, I was their candidate during my stomach-churning job search which ended, thanks so much to them, four years ago after I relocated from the San Francisco Bay Area. Two promotions later brings us here, having used them to hire permanent and temp staff over the last year and a half. That being stated, I will write about my experience with this company from both perspectives.
Guest I am highly disappointed with this staffing agency. Poor customer service and they are so eager to place candidates that they will say anything you want to hear. I would stay clear because working with them is a waste of time and energy.
Great Staff and Customer Service This is not your average staffing agency. Of course one does have to go through the standard testing to asses one's abilities in excel, word, powerpoint, and typing speed. Also, there is a grammar and spelling test when you get to the office. The staff at Ruthi Postow is energetic, which is key in the staffing industry.
