Rutherford Management has been improperly charging me a lease non-compliance fee for the last few months (it says the reason is because I don’t have renters insurance, even though in my renter profile it says my insurance is on file and up-to-date). I’ve reached out 5 times over the last 6 weeks and have not received a response. It seems like they’re not interested in doing their one job… managing properties. Yikes. Don’t recommend.
Exceptional Management and Great Living Experience I’ve had an amazing experience Rutherford management team. They’re always professional, friendly, and quick to respond to maintenance requests. The property is well-kept, the common areas are clean, and any issues I’ve had have been handled promptly and respectfully. It’s clear that the management team genuinely cares about residents’ comfort and safety. I’d definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-managed place to live.
