I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a safe place that feels like home. Greedy and scammy, shady practices. Scotts Valley Apartments charged me $300 to apply and cannot tell me when it will be refunded. Edit: Ashley reached out and was able to mail me the full refund check. I still feel like the deposit/refund policies and procedures should be more transparent but I am grateful to Ashley and the team for quickly correcting the situation.

I have been trying to get in touch with the management for a few days now for some issues. They only have one solution contact customer care and nothing else. Seems like there is no point of onsite management. Customer care never responds to an email, nor does it allow me to contact you on the number provided. This is is highly inconvenient.
