Have been living at the Driftwood apartments in Marina for five years and have seen the conditions here get worse.. At night you could hear rodents chewing on the inside of the walls as well as a constant fly infestation due to garbage accumulation and the grounds are so poorly maintained the bushes are almost blocking the walkways. The rent here is absurd for the small units and the horrible conditions. It used to be a decent place.
If you’re thinking of moving to Camino Verde or any other places managed by this company, save yourself the headache. In my opinion, you have to search the world really hard to find worse human beings than the property manager, Viviana Delgado. To call her a property manager though is too kind as she doesn’t actually manage the property. I'm very happy to say that I'm into my second year now at DiabloPines7. I see many improvements, which were needed being implemented by Viviana our property manager and Marvin our maintenance technician. They have a genuine interest in our concerns and taking care of what needs to be done. I love the atmosphere here with the beautiful trees and huge variety of birds. Also, this is a really great location. Minutes from access to freeway and a lovely shopping center across from us. Also... pet friendly !!!
Our experience working with Rutherford Management, particularly on their East Bay sites, has been nothing short of exceptional. We had the pleasure of partnering with their dedicated Maintenance Technician, Marvin, who consistently makes the hauling process seamless. We look forward to future collaborations!
Ladera truly feels like home! Marvin is always on top of maintenance, and Viviana has been incredibly helpful and kind, making everything so easy for us. I love the community events too—I even won a gift card for the best pumpkin! The sense of community and how well everything is managed here really make it special.
