There are no words to describe the Superior Dinning experience you get at Ruth's Chris. Hands down the best in guest service and food preparation for a Chain Restaurant. The only downside, it is very dark and people of age will probably need something to help read the menu.

Horrible experience for my mothers birthday. Long wait with reservation. Terrible service throughout. Rude manager. (RICK). Took an hour to get and divide checks and process.
We went for lunch and were so disappointed by the slow service. We have dined at this location for years and never experienced service like we did for lunch. There were only 5 people eating in the dining room and it took us forever to get our check. Will not return to this location.
