Was the worst service ever expected at a Ruth Chris...server wasn't engaged with our party... food was good... but very disappointed in the service....
Cowboy Ribeye was the best ribeye I've ever had. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was super and everything we had was the best. My wife had the filet. We had clam chowder that had more clams in it than any I've ever had.
Food always exceptional.. our waitress Sarah was beyond amazing. Thank you for a fabulous evening
Made reservations in a week in advance. Called on New Year's Eve to verify reservations said they didn't have them then they said they did find them but when we got there they took us in a back corner where there were only three tables in the in the excluded area. Definitely felt like I was not part of the restaurant could not enjoy the Ambiance of the restaurant being tucked in the corner. Waiter was very unsure of himself and not very outgoing. Food was good drinks were way overpriced.
