Me and my family visited this restaurant on July 8.the place was very clean.the stuff was great.i ordered the chicken and broccoli.it was good.the only problem I had was the high priority.over all we had a great time.i recommend this place to everyone.
The service is excellent. The steak was excellent. The shoestring potatoes were too thin. More of a snack food. The price for the cocktails and a glass of wine is absurd. The prices for drinks of that quality , especially the common wines is way out of line. Example, a glass of common red table wine costs $12. A SIMPLE martini costs $10.75. Great place, just don't order drinks!!!!
We very much enjoyed dinner here last weekend. The steak was excellent and the portions are pretty large (order several to share with other people). Yes, the price is a little higher but the food is well worth it. Thanks!
Ate at Ruth's Chris with my family at the riverside crown plaza location in Jacksonville last night, April 4th at 6:30 pm. Excellent food and excellent service by the wait staff especially Richard and Julian and the other two of their wait staff. There were two female receptionists at the entrance. The taller one was very rude. She didn't greet us with a smile. When we were leaving she just looked at us and didn't say hi or thank us for visiting.
Wait staff very abrupt. If you want pomp and circumstance on an island with many better places, go here. The steak is great but not worth the attitude. It has a view of the water which was nice. We went there before a nearby show as a package. They didn't even know we were coming. Ten minute fiasco even though we had our paperwork. Don't bother.
Better make a reservation in advance because this steak house is ALWAYS full for dinner. Steaks are the best in the area and service is excellent. The sweet potato casserole is phenomenal. I hate sweet potatoes but this side dish is an absolute must try.
What an amazing tasting filet. I have been to many places but the filet's here are just outstanding.
Amazing!! My boyfriend and I went for his moms birthday a while back and absolutely loved it so we decided to go for my birthday this year and Im soooo glad we did!! They had the table set up so nice, the waiter was so on point, there any time we needed him. The steaks were GREAT and the lobster bisque was just right! I would absolutely recommend it to another person!!
Amazing service my first time there. They accommodated me in my wheelchair at the door with no problem. The food was fresh and hot. Perfect seasonings on everything I ordered and the overall feel was very personal and comfortable. 5 stars
