Third time In a row I’ve been served a sub par steak from Ruth’s in Seattle. We used to love Ruth’s because the quality and consistency were fantastic. We been to 7 locations and this is the only location we’ve had problems with. Maybe I am just unlucky but the last 2 times I’ve ordered a filet it came out not looking like a filet. Charred beyond believe and doesn’t resemble at all the shape of a filet.
