Came with a party of 8 while on vacation visiting Seattle. It was also a 29th wedding anniversary dinner for me and my wife. We arrived on time for reservation and was seated almost immediately with an acknowledgement of the anniversary ( great ). About 2 weeks ago, we visited Ruth’s Chris inside the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Seattle. We were a party of 8, celebrating our 29th wedding anniversary. The restaurant was beautiful! We ordered our meals and patiently waited. I ordered 6 oz steak with shrimp, side of garlic mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. Once the meals arrived, I immediately noticed the food wasn’t up their usual standards. I ate most of the steak, even though, it wasn’t good. Food is awesome, and service is very good too. We went there for our anniversary, and the waitress brought us cheese cake to share. My husband and I went to see show at near by theater after the dinner, and they held boxed food for us until after the show.
