Ruth's did an amazing job! Went here for my girlfriends Birthday! We walked in and they wished her Happy Birthday the table had little Birthday signs on it and her desert had Had happy Birthday written in chocolate on the plate!!! Great job to the entire staff on 8-7-17 we will be back!!
The food was tasty, however I have had better steaks. Disappoint in the crab cakes! Why are they using Blue Crab instead of dungeon? The crab cakes were to sweet, very disappointing! Dungeness Crab is in season!� Our server was VERY VERY SLOW! Restaurant wasn't busy at all. Our server was not inattentive at all. Each time I ordered my drink, 3 times I told him, Tequila straight, no salt no lime. Mediocre at best. Brought my two kids (ages 10&11) and I totally feel like I was somewhat snubbed because I had kids with me. Kids or no kids, I'm there to have a nice dinner and spend a good amount of money. The prawn cocktail and creamed spinach were the best parts of the meal. RecommendedHad a great meal! Food was excellent! Best chicken I've ever had. Oh yah, the steaks were great!
This only applies to the Seattle Ruth Chris, the one in Bellevue might rate a 3 star, the one in NYC less than 1 star.
The food was amazing. The staff wasn't the greatest. But we went for the food so overall, it was a great dining experience.
Food and Drinks were Great. Only complaint is that the waiter never brought out our appetizer order and we didn't get a chance to tell him because he was busy and it took him a while to come back to the table.
