My friends steak was NOT a filet. (I'm in the business and hello, clean the tenderloin correctly). The filet head is NOT part of the tenderloin. And oddly enough that part of the supposed filet was well done and not medium rare. And yes, offered a petite filet to replace. Grateful for that. I’ve been going to Ruth’s Chris for years. Love it! I wish they still have the tomato and onion salad. It was so good.
Two nights in a row, Ruth’s Chris did not disappoint. Excellent service, well prepared meals, enjoyable ambience and great friends made for a wonderful time. The lights were a bit bright, especially along the wall for those seated directly beneath but that is my only complaint.
I was not impressed with the service, it was sub par. My friend spilled her drink and instead of the waiter replacing it with a new one, he charged her for it.
RecommendedI had a birthday celebration and the food and service was awesome. The steak was the best I've ever had. It was a great time.
My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary at Ruth's Chris! The food and the staff were outstanding! Marc our waiter was very knowledgeable and attentive to our every need. We will make this a regular stop for our dining needs!
This was our 2nd time back and Kevin was our waiter. It was my wife's birthday and they had little happy birthday stickers on the table, so dam cute. Plus every waiter that came to our table always asked how we were and said Happy Birthday to my Wife. We had the sizzling blue crab crabcakes and they were heavenly. I had a T-bone and my Wife had a Sirloin steak both cooked Medium rare to perfection. Even when we went the first time we had a wonderful experience. Everything was great. The Caesar salad was sumptuous. The 11 ounce ribeye was prepared to perfection, juicy and delicious. The mashed potatoes were creamy firm and buttery. The whole meal was reasonably priced compared to other steakhouses like Morton's.
