The service was great and the steak was delicious! French fries came out cold and had to wait for fresh ones, which took quite a long time and so by then I had eaten all my steak. Otherwise, it was very good! For a place that is so pricey (I think French fries are like $9), you'd think they wouldn't serve subpar temperature food! lol! Expensive restaurant but it was good!
Everything was perfect. The chicken and sweet potato casserole were my favorites. Can't leave out my Caesar salad. Dang, my bread was the bomb too, lol. Everything was superb. Definitely a must try!!!!!!
Everything was excellent! Service , Glazed Bussel Sprouts, REAL LOBSTER, for me the best fillet ever, served on 500 degree plate and being with my baby, 25 years. Together, very nice experience!
We go to the Ruth's Chris in Knoxville monthly, it is my favorite restaurant. I get the same thing every single time. I was so excited to go to the Ruth's Chris in Cherokee, unfortunately it was absolutely not my usual Ruth's Chris experience. Appetizer was cold and had to be sent back, my steak was under cooked, soup was warm at best, and service was absolutely not what we usually receive. We will stick to the wonderful food and service provided at the Knoxville location from now on.
We were seated immediately upon arriving and when we got to our table, there were sprinkles of "happy birthday" confetti on our table which was a nice surprise! The steaks were huge, mashed potatoes, creamed corn & salad was so delicious! The service was good but not very friendly. The Haagen Daz ice cream was amazing! We'll definitely be back!
Love Ruth's Chris, but sad to say that the filets we had at the one in Harrahs Cherokee were not up to the Ruth's Chris standards. Very disappointed. we both got the filet and lobster tail special: $55.95 each. Both filets had a bad taste and smell. The only thing we could think was that the meat in that batch must have been tainted or spoiled, since the manager said she has never had that complaint before. We had made reservations online 6/10/17. Upon arriving, we were immediately seated. We ordered the 40 oz Porterhouse for 2, with 2 baked potatoes and 2 salads. Steak was absolutely perfect - tender and juicy. Our waiter was attentive. The whole meal was fabulous. We have come here for many years and our experiences have always been great ones. We always recommend this restaurant to our friends and acquaintances.
Such a great meal. All the steaks were cooked exactly as ordered. The crab cakes are awesome also!! One of my absolute favorite places to eat.
