Been to one in columbus ohio, twice, and both times my food was not good. Now we just went to the one in cherokee, and my food was okay, nothing to brag about. Expect the food to be awesome at a 4 and 5 star restaurant, but not when i went. Guess my expectations are more, and my tastes are higher. Meat should not be tough. But mine is every time. Gordon Ramsey would say, this food is not acceptable!

My Ruth's Classic was wonderful - house salad with the best homemade ranch dressing ever, 12 oz med-well rib-eye, creamed spinach, and garlic mashed potatoes. Ooh and the pineapple bread pudding with sauce and the dark chocolate almond barkThe service sucked in that the waitress disappeared and we had to ask other waiters for tea refills, steak knives and to return the COLD side dishes. Overall food excellent just Poor service.
Never disappointed. Been twice now and loved it! Can't wait to come back.
I was here yesterday with family while we were visiting Harrah's. We split the 40oz porterhouse ribeye and it was so good it would melt in your mouth. We also had the BBQ shrimp and it was excellent as well. We will definitely be going back.
