Poor Service, Bad Attitude. – I looked foward to my first experience at Ruth's Chris for a long time. I ended up very disappointed. I was treated as if they were doing me a favor for serving me an overpriced, small, altogether not very satisfying piece of meat. After my visit I began to contemplate vegetarianism. My best experiance so far for steak in LA is a the Porterhouse Bistro. (No, I do not work there!)
Best Steak – Hands down this is the best steak in town. Pricey but the quality is there. For a good night in an elegant atmosphere, Ruth Chris it is.
Expensive sizzle – To much for to little, very expensive sizzle. You are nickle dimed for everything, to many decisions. If you are a first timer you don't get informed that everything is extra.
i keep going back – i like their food very much you want to take your lady pal and giver her a ring great place to do it at night
Great steak – This is a straight-forward steak experience. Nothing to be destracted by, but nothing to be unexpected or adventurous, either.
Scrumptious – This is the best steak and shrimp I have ever had. I was skeptical, but this national chain beats most Texas steakhouses. The service was unbeatable and you are pampered like an only child. Try the Stag's Leap wine to top off the experience.
WOW – I've been to Ruth's Chris in Toronto many times and it was always amazing. The decore is very cozy and clean. All the staff treat you great!(even if you're not dressed up) The food was amazing! The steak just melted in your mouth and it was cooked exactally how we ordered it (black and blue for me). I've had alot of great steaks but Ruth's Chrises has always been the best. All the food is great. I hope I get to the first Ruth's Chris steak house in New Orleans someday.
Best Steak of All Time! – Coming from Chicago, I always find an opportunity to hit a top notch steak joint in town whenever good freinds are in town. Ruth's Chris is the best in LA having been to many others. The filet mignon is simply the best I've ever had including very close comparisons to Gibson's and Morton's in Chicago. It's pricey, but worth every cent. The sidea and appetizers are also top notch.
Sizzling – You pay for what you get and this is the best.
