Delivered flowers the next day after same day delivery had been promised. My loved one was already discharged from the hospital at this time. NO communication about any issues with delivery. Refused to refund me or send fresh flowers to her home which is 10 minutes from the hospital. Terrible way to run a business and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. They stole $80 from me.

I ordered the "Love and Compassion Arrangement (Deluxe - S5261s)" for my aunt's funeral some seven hours away from my home. I wanted a local florist to ensure the delivery and was assured by the representative from Ruth's Roses that it was a local florist. It was not. After driving over seven hours to the funeral, imagine my surprise to see no $125.99 dollars worth of arrangement with my family's name on the card. $100.00 for the arrangement, an $18.99 service fee, "FREE" noted for the delivery, and $7.00 for taxes. I wanted to send flowers to my sister who had just moved out of state for a new job. Being unfamiliar to her area, I did some research. I wanted to find a LOCAL florist for any present and future orders. I found on the internet a florist supposedly in her town of Greenville SC. I asked a lot of questions before placing an order.
