Ruth was a highly professional agent who managed my condo sale from start to finish. There were complications from the start including a slow market and HOA difficulties that took over 6 months to navigate to a closing. Nonetheless Ruth managed to put on open houses nearly every weekend, stage and continually advertise the property, all while I was still living in the unit.
