Apparently before my appointment I was to receive a packet to fill out. I did not receive this packet in my email, on the portal, or via mail. Everyone makes mistakes so maybe they didn’t send it??? When I arrived I was told my appt would be cancelled and rescheduled. I had waited a very long time to see her to sort out my medications and get a correct diagnosis. I was a patient of Dr. Grant's for a short time then transfered my care to another psychiatrist. I'm disabled, unable to work and I'm working on my social security disability. At this time I have no income and I'm at high risk of becoming homeless. After requesting my medical records I was told I'd have to pay $25. Couldn’t ask for a better care team. ❤️ Updated Review: I came into this experience already hesitant, I don’t trust doctors easily. But for a while, I felt like I had found a team I could rely on. Unfortunately, that didn’t last. Jasmine left a lasting negative impression, maybe she’s great behind the scenes, but as a patient, her attitude was dismissive and left me feeling disrespected.
