Visited this adorable little ice cream shop during our first camping trip to Muskegon State Park. Very friendly owner & staff and accommodated my special order of a Brownie, Peanut Butter, and Mixed Nut Flurrie� It was delicious!!! So glad we stopped!
We love Ruth Ann's . They have the highest quality of Ice Cream around. Their staff are always smiling and work hard at serving your needs. We drive by their shop daily patiently waiting for the "OPEN" sign. My personal favorite is the Heath bar Flurries. They start making it as I pull into their lot. Now that's service.

Such a cute place and the owner she was so nice.. we had the best rootbeer float!
Unfortunately for this small business I have to report extremely poor customer service. I ordered salted, pretzel, carmel hard serve and in their defense I did not ask for a taste test, its my go too flavor at most places. It was extremely grainy and salty. For a girl who loves her salt this has never been a problem. All I asked for was a credit toward something else and she said sorry it's already been made. I do like your idea of a small credit back though. People's tastes are varied and we should take that into consideration.
