there are only about 2 staff members in here that i actually trusted and liked. someone who was not able to walk due to being in so much pain, had to go to the ER and got a recommendation for a wheelchair was refused a wheelchair because it would “decondition them”. they went without a wheelchair for days, and their one to one (because their knees were a threat to themself) the first day would only watch them struggle to walk and not help, and was just rude and snarky to them. it took a court order for them to get them a whe... read more
