Showed patience and concern I came in to Rusty Wallis to look at the new 2012 Honda CR-V. Kenneth Boyd showed me exactly what I was looking for and was very detailed in explaining EVERY feature that the car had. He wasn't pushy but did take his time to answers all my questions and hear my concerns.
Painless Jim Beeson was incredibly friendly and easy to work with. He was not pushy or aggressive like the staff at other dealerships we had visited. The process of buying our new Honda Civic was relatively quick and completely painless. I would recommend Rusty Wallis and Jim Beeson to anyone for their new Honda purchase!

The best deal! We had a great experience at Rusty Wallis and also with our salesperson Elbony Powell, she was excellent. She worked very hard in getting us into a new car and also with getting us the best price and monthly payment. I would recommend Elbony to anyone looking for a new car. Thank you Elbony, We love our new car!!!!!!!
Great salesperson Ronnie was very helpful I new exactly what I wanted. So I told him right off the bat that I didn't want to be there 4 or 5 hours. Here's what I was looking for and if he could do it that would be great and if not it would be okay. He worked very hard in getting me what I wanted and I was very happy when I left the showroom. I will definitely refer people to this dealership. Ronnie was a great salesperson.
Fair negotiations I found my car on Cars.com and then followed up on the Rusty Wallis website and ended up working with Manny Garcia. He was VERY helpful. He answered all my questions and when I asked him something specific about the vehicle, he checked it out for me and was back with me within a few minutes (I think I did this 4 or 5 times)! The Rusty Wallis Team was extremely helpful from the time we 1st walked in the door, through vehicle demonstration, option selection, final price negotiation, dealer prep, completing the necessary paperwork with business manager and finally taking our CR-V home. Great expectations Having been an owner of Chrysler/Dodge autos for the past 20 years, we decided to look at the new Hondas for better fuel economy. Zaffar was knowledgeable about all three of the models we were interested in. Having settled on the Honda Accord, Zaffar went to bat for us on the price and it didn??t take 3 hours as it has in the past at other dealerships.
