Poor Business Practice/Poor Customer Service Hello, I would like to warn you that Rusty Wallis dealership has very poor business practice & very poor customer service. You cant expect any reliability or support from them if your car has issues after serviced by them. I had given my car for cleaning in their service department. They returned my car with a broken seat! When they came to know that it will cost $1000+ to fix it, they denied that the seat was broken by the detailer. Great work! Adam in the finance department was a pleasant experience. He was not pushy or 'sales-ey' at all, explaining what additional options we had available to us and the discounts.
wow John was very knowledgeable about the Civic as well, showing me every feature and even programmed all my favorite radio stations before we left.
Pleasantly nice However I was pleasantly surprised when the deal closed without any game of any kind. This is truly a refreshing change than what we're used to. We came in at 10:00AM and closed the transaction easily.

Wow Ronnie provided a great "out the door price" for a 2013 Honda Accord Sport. I worked the deal with Paul since Ronnie was out of the office the day I made the purchase, and he made sure the process went extremely well. To be honest, I have visited the dealership before, but the individuals I met were not as friendly. The experience with purchasing a 2013 Honda Accord Sport has convinced me to return to the dealership in the future. Thanks Paul and Ronnie. I'll see you guys next time around!
