My Cousins, Sister and I eat brunch at Rusty Scrupper's every other month. The customer service and food is very good. I love the fact that because the seating arrangements are by reservation only, we are able to be seated immediately. Again, AWESOME customer service.

The wait was a little longer than we expected on a Sunday afternoon. The Brunch was just over but the place was packed and very very noisy. I wore my ear plugs. The waiter encouraged me to get the flash fried calamari over my original choice. I found this under cooked. The breading was mostly fallen off and not cooked in the middle, gooey. I should have sent them back. The Manhattan Chowder was so so. The hamburger was good. On the plus size, the waiter and wait staff were fantastic.

We LOVED this place! We went for the Sunday brunch. The food was superb, the service was stellar, the music was great, the ambience was lovely. We were seated right away, the waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable. The food selection was excellent, and of good quality. The prime rib was delish, and the bread pudding to die for--as promised! The one comment I would make however is that the shrimp was a tad watery, which makes the shells more difficult to remove. But other than that, everything was wonderful! Loved it and... read more

Beautiful night. Walked over from my hotel. Love the live piano. Gorgeous setting - right on the water (Inner Harbor). Friendly place, chatty crowd - families, friends, groups. My server, Jonathan, amazing - perfect timing, great recommendations. Delicious crab cakes! Nice touch - aioli dipping for freshly baked ciabatta. Kudos all around.

The food was delicious; however, the service was horrific. We sat and waited and watched other tables being served and attended to but we were ignored and looked over. The view of the outside is fantastic and the atmosphere inside is top notch. I am extremely displeased with how our table was treated.

I would have given 5 stars if my rice and veggies were actually hot, not just room temperature...especially since I payed $32+ per dish... The fish though, Blackened Swordfish with a blue cheese crumble sauce and the Broiled Salmon with a dried cherry and pear chutney, was AMAZEBALLZZZZZZZZZZ :D The French Onion Soup and the Maryland Crab Soups were excellent also!!
