Over rated. Food are expensive and salty, especially the sea bass.
First time eating at Rusty Scupper and we really enjoyed the food, atmosphere and our service was fantastic.
The fish cakes, the grits, the lobster mac-n-cheese, bottomless mimosas, it was GOOOOOOOD DAY!
We had a great time. Food was delicious & the staff was attentive & very friendly
Food was outstanding, Hunter was a great server! We will definitely be going back. Crabmeat and scallops are incredible!

My husband and I celebrated our 11th wedding anniversary last night! The atmosphere was incredible with the view of the harbor and the piano playing. We both had the brooks seafood combo and it was very good. We will be back!
1 hr and fifteen to get my meal and I didn't finish eating it.... and I Always finish eating.
Well my hubby took me here for Valentines Day and it was awful!!! This was our second visit back to Rusty and at the end of night the waiters started using profanity and stuff, two different waiters, at two separate times! So ghetto! And on top of that, the manager just stood there looking lost, communications skills very poor. Not again�
