I rented a 1BR from 2007 until 2009. In 2013, I moved into a 2BR. It is a very nice place to live. Management has been great. They keep on top of the major things. The people are good. It is pretty central to all areas of Chat and N. GA. Right off 153 and Amnicola. 3 to 5 mins to I-75. New owner just this month, we'll see what happens.
I'm disabled with issues don't know how long a wait for a downstairs apartments living upstairs wood rotten damp and moist big eroding hole on the porch look like extra board had to be replaced at front door don't want to know why but figures a much as the danger and chances one have to come minus the rain what is it going to take for someone to actually get hurt or for me to have a referral by and thru them to relocate to something from walking up stairs with COPD or a known fall risk and as faithful as I am paying my rent ... read more
