Thinking the 3rd time would be the charm, well I sure was wrong. Went there this morning ordered a egg sandwich. The menu doesn't say with cheese so when I got it i had to send it back as I don't eat cheese. It took forever to get it back then it came with no bacon. I had to wait again for awhile for the bacon, keep in mind there were only 3 customers in there. I get my sandwich which was very good until I saw hair in it. The best nachos in town! This place is always packed so bar sitting is great!
I visited here with some friends yesterday! Our food was on point and our waitress was perfect! I loved her! Perfect customer service!
We were dying to go to this place, we had a going away dinner with friends. Our server was awesome. But the "boss" and another particular waitress were so rude. Long story short. The food was great. Horrible customer service. And if I were to still live here. I would never go back because of that.

I have to give a shout out to these guys! Half way through a long bike ride, my friends and I stopped here to have a beer. I tied my dogs up outside and when I went outside to give the dogs my water, the employees had already filled two to-go soup bowls with water for my fur babies. I went to check on them several times, sometimes bringing my water glass to refill their bowls, and the employees had already refilled them. This is next level customer service!
