A little about Rustic Cafe Built in 1947 as the Rustic Inn, it was a large restaurant, bar and dance hall ( the picture to the right is of the original liquor license ). It was known to have the likes of Frank Sinatra and Will Rogers stop by for evenings out. After a devestating fire in the early '60's, it was rebuilt in 1969 to its present, cozy size and renamed Rustic Cafe. A rude waitress this past week has completely turned my wife and I off from ever coming back to this establishment. And my wife would stop in there a couple times a week. We'll never be back.
Excellent as usual I'm only even posting this because it's consistently good we go there a lot
We had food delivered (which is an awesome feature at this time) & it was excellent. Everything in the order was correct & delicious. My kids, who are very picky, loved their meals & were very happy. It was a real treat since going out to eat is not happening right now. We're lucky to have this gem so close to us & my kids are excited to go in person once we're allowed to!
