A genuine family business
Passive aggressive office staff, seemed to have a problem with me as soon as I walked in. She said they'd need the car for the remaining 6 business hours to do a standard service. In the middle of an industrial area, didn't offer a courtesy car or lift anywhere, or for me to come back at a scheduled time. I used to work in reception for a workshop so am aware how that's not good. After having to wait 2 weeks I cancelled the appointment and left.
