Absolutely love this salon! It has the best, most welcoming atmosphere and everyone is super kind and outgoing. Alex is absolutely AMAZING - she is a total rockstar at balayage. I can’t say enough good things about Alex and Rusted Roots!
Rusted Roots is my regular salon and I've been so happy with them for years! (In fact, Megan has been my stylist since I was 11!) But, this review is, in particular, for my wedding. Megan did my hair exactly how I was hoping it would look like and all of my bridesmaids looked great, too - Megan and Sarah were rockstars! Their customer service is always fantastic but they really went above and beyond for my wedding. The makeup took longer than we thought and they were happy to stay open until we finished.

Great atmosphere, love the salon makeover. Such a welcoming atmosphere, I’ve never been to a salon where everyone interacts, even patrons interact with each other - such a hometown feeling, which is refreshing in Rochester 😉!
