The level of customer service provided by Robert at RRI is the gold standard of what other automobile shops should strive for. He was incredibly easy to talk to, friendly and professional. He listened completely to my problem and offered some ideas of how we could proceed. He made an appointment that fit my schedule and even let me know how long to expect to be there. I would recommend that anyone make a rust evaluation appointment with Robert to find out what RRI could do for them.

Amazing customer service. We had a horrible experience at a local shop. Took our Tahoe here because the bolts rusted out and broke internally. Mike completely explained everything. The estimate was on point and the work was completed in the few days they described. I can not speak highly enough of Rust Repair Inc. We will be going back for all of our undercoating needs! It did not take weeks to complete and thousands if dollars as requested by the other shop. Thanks again!!!!
