I bought a brand new 2017 Wells Cargo trailer from Russ’s! The price and service was excellent! I also needed a new 5 pin trailer light harness for my vehicle, they installed it, and had me ready in minutes. They’re courteous, professional and had many trailers in stock. I feel confident recommending this establishment and would return for any future purchases.

If you are looking for a custom built trailer this is not the place to go!! A trailer that was scheduled to take 12 - 15 weeks to build reached week 20 and the owner of this place is now acting like a child since he had to give the money back to the purchaser. Please also do not think about using profanity if you are upset with your purchase. Not good business practice here so I recommend you go elsewhere for your trailer needs.

If you are looking for a trailer this is the place to go...we highly recommend them! We priced the exact same trailer in Mechanicsburg and they were $274 more than Russ's. Side note to the 'Boss' even when you were on vacation your people were hard at work!
