Poor customer service dealing with owner
RecommendedMet the owner Rick Friday night, he stayed past closing to talk with me. Came back at opening next day and bought a trailer from him! Extremely friendly family run business and they bent over backwards to work with me. Probably some of the best customer service I’ve ever received!!
Some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen. I stopped to check out some trailers and ended up leaving with exactly what I was looking for and at a great price. Russ and Rose were great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone looking.
Shout out to the team at Russ's! We were rear-ended today enroute to our daughter's wedding (between Annapolis, MD and Finger Lakes NY). Trailer with jet skis was totaled. Fortunately we were only five minutes from these guys (and gals). We limped into the shop and two hours later they had our skis loaded onto a new trailer, everything properly aligned, balanced, safety-checked and fairly priced. Gave my partner the wrong replacement tongue hitch twice then when we called to say the second one didn’t fit either, Rick could be heard in the background telling the woman on the phone, “maybe they need to find a new fabricator because that’s the one for that trailer”....needless to say I returned it for a refund and won’t ever go back again.

Just purchased a 2018 wells cargo for a price that could not be passed up the staff was friendly and ready to help. They installed a brake controller on my truck and had me all set to go in no time at all. Will recommend them to anyone looking for a trailer.
