Do not rent a limo from here. We used Russo's for a bachelorette party to Mohegan. The car was clearly damaged and we broke down half way there and the company stranded us there for three hours! Our driver was kind and helpful. But the customer service skills of the company are horrendous. Lengthier review on YELP
So after a horrible experience at another Bridal Shop looking for a Quinceanera dress we found Russo. It was the BEST experience. Princess was easy and pleasant to work with. We were fortunate enough to find not only one dress but two that my daughter loved! Thank you for a great experience!!
