We bought our third prom dress at RUSSO’s this weekend. Total time of 1 hr 10 minutes to pick out, try on, re-try on, and purchase a dress for a 17 year old! Most places you wait that long just to be seen. Thanks to Maria and Makayla for the fantastic customer service and all around great experience! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Mark was super helpful I am so glad we went here we went to another shop first where they were not very helpful and we just left confused but when we went here Mark was super patient with my picky fiancé and totally took the time to go back-and-forth until we found what he liked!
