Staff was so helpful and not pushy or overbearing at all.They really want girls to find the right prom dress for them. On-site alterations available with the nicest tailor. Great experience all around. Highly recccomend.
Great staff! The time they took with my daughter was appreciated. So much to choose from and we finally found the perfect prom dress.
The staff is unbelievable I normally hate trying clothes on but they made everything so easy for me above and beyond my expectations

We got a tux here for my sons Jr. prom and it was a great experience. The woman who helped up was extremely nice and gave suggestions. The tux fit perfectly, looked amazing, and the prices were excellent. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again!!!!
Russo’s sent my nephew to his Senior Prom in a tux that didn’t fit him properly. He was uncomfortable all night thinking his pants button was going to break. And on one of the pant legs it had a pull running through the fabric. When we reached out to the owner Maria, her exact words to me were “we hire a bunch of KIDS for 3 weeks to get us through our busy season do you really think they sh*t, your nephew should have tired it on”. Thank you Russo's! My son and I came in last minute to get a tux for his prom. Even though the store was very busy, the customer service was excellent, and we felt important. When I asked about the short lead time to the prom (4 days), they committed to getting it done. When we picked up the Tux a few days later it fit well, and looked awesome! My son had a great time at the prom and his experience started with Russo's. Thank you all again.
I have been using Russo for many years, from my kids Baptisms to now Proms. They are always more than helpful and attentive insisting you try on before leaving to be 100% certain things fit right.
