I have been going consistently every month for 2 years, my nails have never looked better or have been this healthy. It has become one of my most complimented attributes. I get compliments on my nails every single day and that is no exaggeration. Every appointment I cut my nails down to my desired length, which is on the shorter side; and they grow back in 2-3 weeks.
