I saw Dr. Kitchens twice. The first time was a panoramic X-ray and maybe 1 minute of him in the room with me telling me we need to schedule a cleaning. I had called telling them I need work done. I KNOW I have a cavity. I paid $172 that day. The next time I came in, expecting a cleaning. They did the double side bite X-ray and the dentist told me I’m going to need to do $1000 worth of work. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you want to be belittled and charge for it, well this place might be just for you. I should have read the reviews on this place, no wonder their ratings are 3.1. Please everyone that reads this beware you were warned! If I could give a zero, that’s what I would give them. The 3.1 rating is basically forced. Go anywhere else but here
I took my son there and he’s 17 he had an abscess & was screaming in pain. Dr. Kitchens has an attitude from hell. Would not explain anything to me or give us choices. Would not give my son anything for pain. His nurses are nice but that’s about it. First appointment was the last and we now see someone else much nicer and speaks with us. I don’t think he cares about anyone but himself. I only gave one star for the nurses who apologized a lot. They need to find a new dentist to work for.
Dentist was 30 min late. They don't care if you are in pain and really don't care if you have anxiety issues. First visit and last. Way more tooth pain after work was completed. A complete waste of money and time. Highly recommend using someone else.
